Quick Answer
Jay Malone Motors Assistant General Manager Jordan Malone-Forst is a CBT News 40 Under 40 honoree for 2026. CBT News, an automotive industry news outlet, picks 40 rising leaders age 39 or younger from franchised dealerships nationwide each year. The 2026 awards are presented by Force Marketing.
Most of the names on national dealership award lists come from big metro auto groups. This year, one comes from Hutchinson, Minnesota.
CBT News named our Assistant General Manager, Jordan Malone-Forst, one of its 40 Under 40 honorees for 2026. For a family-owned dealership under one roof in a town of about 15,000, it’s a proud moment, and a good excuse to say thank you to the people who make it possible.
How a Hutchinson dealership made a national list
CBT News announced its 2026 honorees on October 9, 2026, recognizing emerging leaders at franchised dealerships across the U.S. Jordan was honored alongside leaders from large dealer groups across the country.
The program, presented by Force Marketing and now in its fourth year, looks at work in sales, management, fixed operations, marketing, customer experience, innovation and community service. To be eligible, honorees must be 39 or younger and work at a franchised dealership.
Jordan’s role at the dealership
Jordan rejoined her family’s business in 2018. As Assistant General Manager, she oversees multiple departments and daily operations with a team of more than 30 people, and she leads marketing, the websites and community relations for both of our franchises.
She brought our SEO and website content in-house and has led our move toward handling all of our marketing in-house. The goal is simple: when you look something up on our site, the answer should come from people at this dealership who know it, not from a template.
In the community, Jordan serves on the Hutchinson Area Chamber of Commerce board, served as 2025 president of the Hutchinson Ambassadors, and coaches junior olympic volleyball. She was also named the Hutchinson Community Awards’ 2025 Young Leader of the Year.
Part of a year worth celebrating
It’s been a special year for everyone here. Hutchinson voters gave Jay Malone Motors six Best of Hutchinson awards in the Best of Hutchinson 2026 contest hosted by The Hutchinson Station, including Best Employer and Best Customer Service. And in September, the Malone family was featured as Hutch Living magazine’s Feature Family.
Those honors came from our neighbors, and we don’t take that lightly.
Your Dealer for Life
The Malone family has owned and operated Jay Malone CDJR since 2005, on a Highway 7 West corner that has been home to a Hutchinson dealership since 1980. We treat customers like neighbors, not numbers, because in a town like Hutchinson that’s exactly who they are. A note from Jordan
I’m grateful to CBT News and Force Marketing for this honor and to whoever nominated me. I couldn’t do any of this without my dad Jay, my brother Jake and the people I get to work with every day. And thank you, Hutchinson, for supporting a family business that loves this town as much as you do.
