What We Know About the 2027 Grand Wagoneer
Confirmed details from the official Jeep order guide.
Jeep has issued the firm 2027 Grand Wagoneer order guide. Here’s what we can tell you today.
Three Trims (Plus Two Wheelbases)
Grand Wagoneer (entry), Grand Wagoneer Limited, and Grand Wagoneer Summit. Each trim is available in standard wheelbase (SWB) or long wheelbase (LWB) which Jeep calls the “L” designation. The L is +$3,000 across the lineup, adding 7 inches between the axles and 12 inches of overall length for substantially more cargo space behind the 3rd row.
Starting MSRP: $64,800
That’s the Grand Wagoneer 4x2 SWB. Grand Wagoneer 4x4 starts at $67,800. Grand Wagoneer Limited 4x4 at $72,865. Grand Wagoneer Summit 4x4 tops the lineup at $95,115. Long-wheelbase L versions add $3,000 across each trim. Destination charge is $2,795 separate ($2,845 in HI).
3.0L Hurricane Twin-Turbo I6 Engine
All 2027 Grand Wagoneer trims come standard with the award-winning 3.0L Hurricane Standard Output Twin-Turbo inline-six with eTorque ESS, paired to an 8-speed 880RE automatic. Per Stellantis, the engine produces 420 horsepower and 468 lb-ft of torque, with up to 10,000 lbs maximum tow rating when properly equipped — best-in-class in the full-size luxury SUV segment.
7 or 8 Passengers
Choose 2nd-row captain’s chairs (7-passenger configuration) or 60/40 split bench (8-passenger configuration) on every trim. Both configurations include the standard 3rd row.
Range-Extended Electric Variant Coming
A Grand Wagoneer REEV (range-extended electric vehicle) is arriving as a late-availability variant featuring a 92-kWh battery paired with a 3.6L V6 generator. Per Stellantis, the REEV produces an estimated 647 horsepower and 620 lb-ft of torque, accelerates 0-60 in 5 seconds, while maintaining the 10,000-lb tow rating. If you’re interested in the REEV, let me know — I’ll keep you on the priority list as Jeep releases more details.
Summit Adds the Halo Content
The Grand Wagoneer Summit 4x4 ($95,115 SWB / $98,115 LWB) is the flagship. Standard 23-speaker McIntosh Reference Audio System (the most premium audio in the segment), Quadra-Lift Air Suspension, Quadra-Drive II 4x4 with electronic limited-slip rear differential, Palermo leather seats, three-panel panoramic moonroof, 24-way power front seats with massage, 4-zone climate control, head-up display, and the available Obsidian Package for the murdered-out blackout aesthetic.
5 New Colors for 2027
Ember Pearl Coat (warm copper tone), Ghost (a clean off-white), and three late-availability premium colors: Olive Green Pearl Coat, Red Hot Pearl Coat, and Winter Chill Pearl Coat. Carrying over from 2026: Bright White, High Gloss Black, Baltic Grey Metallic, Fathom Blue Pearl, and Steel Blue. Silver Zynith and Velvet Red Pearl Coat are dropped from the 2027 palette — if you wanted those, you need to find a 2026 build.

Reservation FAQ
Common questions about reserving the 2027 Grand Wagoneer.
What does “reserving” the 2027 Grand Wagoneer mean?
It means we put your name on the list for a 2027 Grand Wagoneer and note your trim, wheelbase, drivetrain, seating configuration, color, and package preferences. When Jeep opens the order book, we convert your reservation into an actual factory order. You’re not locked in until the order is placed, and you can change your configuration or cancel any time before that.
Do I have to pay a deposit to reserve?
No. There’s no payment, no deposit, and no obligation to buy. We hold your spot based on your contact info and preferences. If you decide the Grand Wagoneer isn’t right for you when it arrives, there’s no penalty — we just move to the next person on the list.
When will the 2027 Grand Wagoneer arrive at Jay Malone?
Stellantis has not announced a specific on-sale date for the 2027 Grand Wagoneer. The 2027 firm order guide has been issued (effective May 5, 2026) which signals dealer ordering is the next step. We’ll notify everyone on our reservation list as soon as we have official timing.
What’s the difference between Grand Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer L?
The L (long wheelbase) version of each trim adds 7 inches between the axles and is a foot longer overall. This adds about 15 cubic feet of cargo capacity behind the 3rd row but doesn’t add legroom in the 2nd or 3rd rows. The L is +$3,000 across all trims. Pick the L if you regularly haul cargo with a full passenger load. Pick the SWB if you want easier daily maneuvering and don’t need maximum cargo capacity.
Can I get the McIntosh audio system in a Limited?
The McIntosh Reference 23-speaker system is standard only on the Grand Wagoneer Summit. The Grand Wagoneer Limited gets the McIntosh 19-speaker system, which is also extraordinary but a notch below the Reference setup. Either way, McIntosh is the gold-standard audio in the segment.
Can I get Hands-Free Active Driving Assist?
Yes — available on multiple trims as an option. Hands-Free Active Driving Assist System enables hands-off-wheel highway driving on compatible mapped highways, similar to GM Super Cruise or Ford BlueCruise. The standard Active Driving Assist System (hands-on lane-centering) comes on Limited and Summit trims.
Can I trade in my current vehicle?
Absolutely. We’ll appraise your current vehicle when your 2027 Grand Wagoneer is ready for delivery, so you get the most accurate trade value based on current market conditions at the time of pickup. You can also get a free trade estimate now to help plan your budget.
What happens after I reserve?
I’ll confirm I received your reservation within one business day. From there, you’ll hear from me when Jeep shares major updates — and again when the order book opens so we can finalize your build. When your Grand Wagoneer rolls off the truck in Hutchinson, we call you to schedule delivery.
